The focus of this role is to collaborate with numerous stakeholders to generate and communicate evidence that will impact the access to the innovative Medtronic Diabetes Devices and Systems. The Sr. Health Economics & Outcomes Research Specialist will provide strategic direction to develop a key component of the US Market Access plan for the innovative products in Diabetes Operating Unit (OU). In addition, the Sr. HEOR specialist will generate evidence that will impact Market Access decisions regarding Medtronic Diabetes devices.
The successful candidate will provide support on the design, execution, and dissemination of HEOR studies to meet the business evidence strategy needs. In this role, you will advise and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including reimbursement, healthcare policy, marketing, payer marketing, medical affairs, and other functions. Responsibilities may include providing input on clinical trial design, Real World Evidence (RWE) generation and communication.
