  • Stakeholder management: working closely with stakeholders, create feedback loop on content relevancy and efficiencies
  • Project management: lead new projects and processes directly and ability to brief third-party vendors on a production process
  • E2E B2B experience: understand information/content flow and digital experience usage internally and externally, CMS
  • Marketplace: Think marketplace wide – create consumer ready content whenever possible
  • Transition management: Educate and train teams to be able to maximize the usage of our digital assets
  • Digital Asset Management: Airtable as well as a variety of other creative & content management platforms

Responsibilities

  • Enable the local commercial content production through cataloguing, digital asset management, and publication
  • Drive the overall samples ordering & management process through continuous process optimization with the use of digital tools & technology
  • Maintain a strong connection with cross-category EMEA stakeholders and work cooperatively with Global Content teams in order to consume, adapt and complement the content delivered upstream
  • Own the development, management, & continuous improvement of the digital hub for GTM & DS (built currently on Airtable) incl KPI development
  • Act as a business partner, combine digital creation background with digital transformation expertise and mindset to integrate and adapt content management capabilities to the rapidly evolving needs of the business
  • Effectively project manage and coordinate a variety of internal stakeholders on larger projects to ensure maximum business value delivery
  • Ad hoc support of samples management processes and other responsibilities as may be needed in support of Go To Market
  • Manage physical & digital assets & information across the GTM & DS value chain ensuring organization, maximizing usability, and enabling efficiency
