Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited design program, a portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and design in consumer branding and packaging design, good communication and organizational skills, and 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting. Experience overseeing and mentoring junior staff, as well as Amazon (or marketplace equivalent) experience, is preferred. Advanced knowledge of industry-standard programs such as Adobe CS (XD, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Office, and Google Workspace is required, along with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

The Senior Graphic Designer will drive broad conceptual exploration and produce all final design assets, focusing on strategic objectives, target key audiences, on-brand messaging, and values communication. They will help establish a creative direction and lead projects for key partners, leveraging their understanding of the project cycle and mentoring junior and mid-level Visual Designers. The role involves creating visual concepts for Amazon product listings, A+ content, and storefronts, promoting and protecting creative integrity, conducting brand research, collaborating with the Art Director, maintaining file management systems, creating visual presentations, and contributing to projects with a global impact.
