Requirements

2-4 years of professional experience in graphic or visual design
Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, with a focus on digital and social media design
Proven ability to think strategically and contribute to the ideation process, not just the execution
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A solid understanding of brand principles and the role of design in brand communication

Responsibilities

Design and execute a wide range of visual assets, including social media graphics (static and animated), digital banners, posters, and print materials (e.g., banners, flyers)
Collaborate with the Brand Manager to conceptualize and develop creative campaigns and visual strategies
Help create storyboards and visual concepts for short videos and online video commercials (OVCs)
Translate complex ideas and brand messaging into clear, visually stunning designs
Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity and style guide, ensuring consistency across all platforms
Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and best practices, bringing new ideas to the team
