Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in graphic, communication, or visual design
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a design studio or in-house team
  • Solid understanding of Motion Design with capability to deliver high-quality 2D animations
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; Premiere, After Effects, and other relevant design software (including AI tools) are a plus
  • Experience in concept development, brand identity, and a variety of design formats (digital, print, event)
  • Ideally, experience with video/photo shoots
  • Fluent English; German is a plus
  • Hands-on designer and problem-solver able to independently drive multiple projects, deliver on time, and translate business objectives into compelling visuals
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with ability to manage stakeholders, create clarity amid uncertainty, and guide teams through creative challenges

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative campaigns by conceptualizing and delivering high-quality assets from start to finish, ensuring consistency with brand strategy
  • Collaborate with Art Directors to design captivating digital experiences for both onsite and offsite visualizations
  • Drive projects independently, delivering on time and within budget, and effectively communicate creative vision to all stakeholders
  • Apply expertise in Motion Design with strong technical skills and a creatively driven mindset
  • Act as a brand ambassador by building upon existing corporate identity guidelines and ensuring design quality across a wide variety of formats, from media to print
  • Contribute to the team by mentoring colleagues and implementing solutions to improve design capabilities and efficiency
