Requirements

  • 4+ years hands-on Google Ads experience with strong results in DTC (subscription apps — big plus)
  • Experience managing budgets $1M+ and significant scaling with control of CAC and LTV/CAC
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads campaign types, including Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube; experience with DSPs (Applovin) — plus
  • Experience with structured, high-volume creative testing and building scalable frameworks
  • Understanding of visual creative formats: hooks, structure, offer framing, thumb-stopping visuals
  • Strong expertise in bid strategies and audience strategy (intent layering, 1P data usage, segmentation, expansion)
  • Understanding of UX fundamentals and LP/funnel optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; experience with Excel, GA4, BI tools (Tableau), data-visualization platforms
  • Experience with DSPs, paid social, native ads, or Apple Search Ads — additional plus
  • Proactivity, independence, and strong bias for action
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, creative mindset, ability to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ability to influence the entire user journey (pre-click and post-click)
  • English — B2+, as daily work communication is in English

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-volume creative testing at scale using iteration frameworks
  • Work with creative team and influence creative direction and production based on performance signals
  • Launch and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns (mid–7 figures annually), focusing on Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube
  • Ensure stable DTC scaling according to LTV/CAC, ROI, and revenue targets
  • Build and test sophisticated campaign structures, bid strategies, and audience architectures
  • Use segmentation, 1P data, exclusions, expansion strategies
  • Monitor performance KPIs in Google Ads and BI tools and turn data into actionable next steps
  • Propose UX/funnel improvements based on data and user behavior
  • Track industry and competitive trends (creatives, formats, funnels, propositions, competitor angles)
  • Turn insights into new testing approaches and scaling opportunities
  • Work with PPC team on knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with auction dynamics and platform updates
  • Use internal automation/analytics solutions (autorules, scripts) and propose improvements
