Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience building production-grade, full-stack applications
  • Proficiency with modern frontend technologies, especially React and TypeScript
  • Backend experience with Python
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and REST/GraphQL API design
  • Experience delivering software in a collaborative, agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Openness to leveraging AI tools (e.g., LLMs, code assistants) and a desire to build software that integrates with or serves AI/LLM applications

Responsibilities

  • Translate product and business requirements into high-quality, full-stack applications and systems
  • Participate in technical architecture discussions and peer code reviews, advocating for best practices and maintainable solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business analysts, media buyers, peer engineers, and product managers
  • Contribute to the evolution of our engineering culture by mentoring teammates, sharing knowledge, and championing new technologies (including AI/LLM tools)
  • Help design and deliver features that will be used by AI agents or as part of AI/LLM-driven workflows
