The team builds and runs the Incentive Compensation Management Platform (ICMP) for around 20k Fidelity’s wealth and brokerage associates, handling variable compensation calculations, payments, and reporting, while modernizing from an on-prem monolith to a cloud/event-driven platform.
Candidates with strong communication skills, ability to mentor others, experience troubleshooting complex data issues, and knowledge of modern data architecture or desirable skills like Drools, Kafka, Python, or variable compensation systems stand out.
