Responsibilities

  • Build and ship product features and abstraction layers across the stack (frontend, backend, APIs, integrations)
  • Work closely with product managers to understand context and shape solutions
  • Collaborate with designers to deliver polished, intuitive user experiences
  • Contribute to technical discovery, architecture and implementation planning
  • Raise product and UX questions when something doesn’t make sense
  • Design for scale, reliability and enterprise needs (security, customisation, compliance)
  • Own work from idea to production and care about the impact once it’s live
  • Improve developer experience, tooling and standards
  • Ensure that security considerations are taken into account, based on current industry-accepted practices (e.g. OWASP, AWS Well-Architected Framework) in all software development and infrastructure projects
