Requirements

Candidates must possess 7-10+ years of professional software development experience, including owning production services at scale in a SaaS environment. Strong proficiency in backend development with Go (Golang) is required, along with experience designing for scalability, reliability, and observability in cloud environments (GCP preferred) and container orchestration (Kubernetes). Experience with service-oriented architectures, relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), and data modeling for complex domains is necessary. Availability for an on-call rotation is also required, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and operate Go services and APIs for contacts, companies, syncing third-party data sources, deduplication, enrichment, and search, prioritizing reliability, performance, and maintainability. They will partner with Product and Design to shape requirements and deliver incremental value. Responsibilities include contributing to the data model and storage strategies, improving platform resilience with observability and fault-tolerant patterns, and participating in on-call rotations. Collaboration with adjacent squads to evolve architecture and shared components, code reviews, and mentorship are expected. If applicable, contribute to UI contracts and occasionally implement UI that integrates with services.
