Requirements

Candidates must have 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development, fluency in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices. Expertise with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Next.js is required, along with experience building highly-performant and scalable web applications. A strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first approaches, and UX/interaction design is necessary. A proactive, can-do attitude, comfort in a client-facing consulting role, and experience with Design Systems and accessible product development are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Frontend Engineer will be responsible for creating and delivering beautiful user experiences for clients, building and iterating on software from design to launch. This includes clarifying requirements and UI design in partnership with Product and Design teams, collaborating closely with designers to ensure high UX polish, breaking down goals into achievable tasks, and following sprint timelines. Responsibilities also include proactively communicating progress and challenges, learning fast, working independently, and reliably adhering to best practices in frontend development such as efficient component architecture, responsive design, state management, testing, performance optimization, and accessibility. Implementing meaningful motion and microinteractions to enhance usability and delight is also a key responsibility.
