Strong proficiency with spreadsheet, database, and other analytical tools is required, along with the ability to communicate complex ideas both in writing and verbally. Knowledge of healthcare and senior housing is preferred.
The Senior Financial Analyst will provide business support to the Corporate Finance Director, Regional Finance Vice Presidents, and Community Finance teams. They will perform benchmark, metric, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for stronger financial performance. The role involves collaborating with corporate and community partners to design, test, and implement templates and analytical tools for trend identification and financial forecasting. Additionally, the analyst will assist internal audit and compliance functions and help organize and update policies and procedures related to Regional Finance business processes.
