Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills are required, as well as proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting.
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) for specific business lines, leading the development and execution of annual budgets and forecasts, providing detailed financial analysis and insights, conducting variance analysis, and supporting strategic planning through financial modeling and scenario analysis. They will also identify opportunities for cost reductions and efficiency improvements, collaborating cross-functionally to implement cost-saving initiatives.
