Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required (preference in finance or accounting); MBA or equivalent preferred
7+ years’ experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance
Background in standard costing, budget management, and capital analysis

Responsibilities

Provides relevant, accurate, and timely communication of financial performance (past, present, and future), including oversight of month-end closing, weekly pulses, quarterly forecasts, and budgets (annual and long-range plans)
Provides oversight of all plant-related GAAP, SOX, and Baxter policy requirements; ultimate responsibility for plant’s financial records (P&L and B/S)
Achieves financial results and analyzes variances in manufacturing variances, operating income, cash flow, capital investments (on time and on budget), and value improvement project (VIP) generation and execution
Identifies trends and opportunities for continuous improvement (both financial and operational)
Responsible for development and management of a team of controllers (3) across multiple sites
Provides financial leadership: supervision, culture and engagement, and talent development of plant finance staff across the group; acts as ISC finance business partner to cross-functional teams
Achieves financial results for KPIs including manufacturing variances, operating income, cash flow, capital investments, and value improvement projects (VIP)
