Candidates must possess an ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CPA qualification (or equivalent) and have at least 6 years of experience in financial planning & analysis. They should be comfortable with ambiguity and possess a strong eye for detail, coupled with a deep knowledge of financial numbers. Experience with financial software and ERP systems, such as Adaptive, IBM Planning Analytics, and BI tools, is also required.
The Senior Finance Manager – FP&A will lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes globally, aligning financial goals with business objectives. They will oversee the accurate and timely distribution of finance deliverables and reports, including monthly P&L Exec summaries and board operating reports. This role involves improving and developing new FP&A processes to ensure consistency in reporting and deliverables globally, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing financial analysis of special projects and business cases. Additionally, the position requires supporting ad-hoc requests, performing ad-hoc analysis based on business needs, and providing effective oversight, identifying potential hurdles, and taking responsibility for preventing delays and resolving potential conflicts.
