Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Corporate Development, FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, IT) to achieve seamless integration
  • Manage complex finance-related projects, including process optimization, system upgrades, and cost management initiatives
  • Conduct financial analyses to assess project viability and monitor performance
  • Drive process improvement and harmonization across financial reporting, ERP systems, and internal controls
  • Promote best practices and automation tools in collaboration with global finance teams to enhance operational efficiency
  • Engage stakeholders effectively by communicating progress, facilitating workshops, and supporting change management initiatives
