Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full $800M+ retail sales P&L for both OLLY and SmartyPants
  • Deliver monthly and annual results and develop robust 3-year strategic and financial plans
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of seven direct reports
  • Collaborate with the Wellbeing Collective Central Team and Unilever Group to set targets and align on reporting
  • Own and lead key business forums, including internal performance reviews and quarterly business reviews
  • Build a strong FP&A community across both operating companies
  • Provide strategic business partnering and financial insight to support business cases
  • Enhance reporting capabilities by leveraging advanced tools and AI
  • Lead the harmonization of reporting, tracking, and performance management processes
  • Design and launch programs to attract and develop top finance talent
  • Build personal and team brand across diverse business units and locations
  • Lead Monthly Performance Reviews, Quarterly Business Review Prep, Monthly Reviews with Wellbeing, Annual Operating Plan Lead, Reforecasting Lead
