Requirements

Candidates should possess an MBA from a Tier 1 university or a Chartered Accountant with strong academic credentials, and have at least 3 years of experience in investment banking, investing, consulting, equity research, or business/corporate finance. Exposure to fintech, payments, or technology is preferred. Strong analytical skills, including advanced modeling capabilities and the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights, are required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

The Senior Finance Analyst will establish and manage companywide OKRs, support capital allocation decisions through KPI analysis and business cases for investments, identify cost efficiencies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and contribute to ad-hoc requests and problem-solving. They will strengthen M&A strategy and source deals, support due diligence workstreams, deal negotiation, and structuring, and contribute to board and investor materials. Additionally, the role involves supporting financing opportunities and working independently with the CFO on specific projects, showcasing excellent presentation and data synthesis skills.
