Ability to obtain all required customer site clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
Clean driving record
Travel required (estimated 70%)
Ability to obtain and maintain all required driver and medical certification
Strong mechanical, electrical, diesel, or fusion experience (depending on business unit)
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Technically proficient and comfortable using Microsoft Office and smart devices
Strong customer service and communication skills
Demonstrated critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
Capable of translating technical information into clear communication for customers
Proactive in identifying and solving problems, often in complex or unexpected situations
Preferred: Relevant industry-specific licenses
Preferred: 2–5 years of technical experience in industrial or commercial process water systems, mechanical, or electrical maintenance

Responsibilities

Promote and maintain a safe working environment and culture across all job sites
Take proper care of company tools, equipment, and property
Demonstrate a high-impact culture through innovation, accountability, and empowerment
Collaborate effectively within a team environment while also working independently with minimal supervision
Execute maintenance, repair, and commissioning work with professionalism and attention to detail
Ensure compliance with all company, customer, and regulatory safety standards
Initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites safely and efficiently
Perform proactive system troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical work, diesel equipment maintenance, preventative maintenance, and parts management
Identify and correct safety issues on both company-owned and customer-owned equipment
Direct interaction with customers and support multiple systems, locations, and clients
