Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain all required customer site clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
  • Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
  • Clean driving record
  • Travel required (estimated 70%)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required driver and medical certification
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, diesel, or fusion experience (depending on business unit)
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Technically proficient and comfortable using Microsoft Office and smart devices
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
  • Capable of translating technical information into clear communication for customers
  • Proactive in identifying and solving problems, often in complex or unexpected situations
  • Preferred: Relevant industry-specific licenses
  • Preferred: 2–5 years of technical experience in industrial or commercial process water systems, mechanical, or electrical maintenance

Responsibilities

  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment and culture across all job sites
  • Take proper care of company tools, equipment, and property
  • Demonstrate a high-impact culture through innovation, accountability, and empowerment
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment while also working independently with minimal supervision
  • Execute maintenance, repair, and commissioning work with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ensure compliance with all company, customer, and regulatory safety standards
  • Initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites safely and efficiently
  • Perform proactive system troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical work, diesel equipment maintenance, preventative maintenance, and parts management
  • Identify and correct safety issues on both company-owned and customer-owned equipment
  • Direct interaction with customers and support multiple systems, locations, and clients
