Responsibilities

  • Attend to clients by phone to provide technical information about products
  • Provide remote technical support to clients, as needed
  • Visit clients with equipment problems, diagnose defects, and repair or send equipment for factory repairs
  • Analyze identified problems in relation to warranty policy
  • Prepare technical reports on identified problems
  • Provide technical support during equipment installations and start-up operations
  • Prepare customer service reports describing all events performed
  • Prepare and deliver maintenance training, internal and external
  • Maintain control of all technical assistance documentation
  • Comply with quality management, environmental, safety, and occupational health (ESH) system standards and procedures
  • Collaborate on maintaining quality and continuous improvement programs
  • Ensure the order and care of materials and equipment under their responsibility and the workplace, as well as maintain the organization of all documentation related to the work process
