Requirements

Active TS with SCI eligibility and current CI polygraph
Program/Project management experience, with specific experience supporting the federal government
Proven experience managing and leading cross-functional teams, including technical and engineering staff, with a focus on mentoring and team-building
Skilled in setting and managing customer expectations, handling client communications, and navigating customer relations effectively
Experience negotiating project scope, contracts, and resources with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to identify potential project challenges early, analyze complex situations, and develop strategic solutions
Demonstrated experience working with architects, QA, DevOps, security, product, and stakeholders

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management for federal customer initiatives, ensuring program goals, schedules, and budgets align with customer expectations
Coordinate with engineering leads and architects to scope tasks, define dependencies, and establish realistic estimates
Set and manage customer expectations through regular communication, transparent progress updates, and proactive issue resolution
Coordinate the efforts of a team of engineers and other technical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment
Assess project needs and allocate resources effectively, ensuring team members are optimally assigned to tasks based on skills and project requirements
Negotiate project objectives and resource needs with clients, subcontractors, and other vendors, aligning them with budget and timeline constraints
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring project goals are met while managing potential challenges proactively
Drive post-mortems/retrospectives, capture lessons learned, and ensure process improvement
