Requirements

  • 12 to 15 years of experience in facilities, technical operations or asset management within owner, developer or large portfolio environments
  • Strong financial capability, including budgeting, forecasting and lifecycle planning
  • Experience implementing CMMS and compliance systems and understanding how to build structured frameworks that scale
  • Understanding of WHS, risk and regulatory requirements across complex assets
  • Experience with scoping and tendering contracts, managing service models and identifying operational efficiencies
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly and work directly with owners at a senior level
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, property, construction management, finance or a related field (highly regarded)
