Requirements

12 to 15 years of experience in facilities, technical operations or asset management within owner, developer or large portfolio environments
Strong financial capability, including budgeting, forecasting and lifecycle planning
Experience implementing CMMS and compliance systems and understanding how to build structured frameworks that scale
Understanding of WHS, risk and regulatory requirements across complex assets
Experience with scoping and tendering contracts, managing service models and identifying operational efficiencies
Ability to write and communicate clearly and work directly with owners at a senior level
Tertiary qualifications in engineering, property, construction management, finance or a related field (highly regarded)
