Responsibilities

  • Oversee Cromwell’s 11-storey A-Grade office tower at 95 Grenfell Street in Adelaide’s CBD, along with a portfolio of industrial assets in Adelaide’s northern precincts
  • Work closely with fellow Property Services team members and tenant customers
  • Ensure all building plant and equipment is operated and maintained safely, efficiently, and in accordance with ISO standards, Australian Standards, relevant codes of practice, regulatory requirements, and applicable Lease obligations
  • Report to the Regional Facilities Manager as a member of Cromwell’s in-house Facilities team
