Strong excel and analytical skills

Responsibilities

Review of the tracking of ESPHORA Labor Hours (currently excel based and managed by ITS Project PMO) ensuring they are reconciled and tie back to defined cost types which will be used to derive Capitalization values
Review of the tracking of ESPHORA all Third party Contractors (currently excel based and managed by ITS Project PMO) ensuring they are reconciled and tie back to defined cost types which will be used to derive Capitalization values
Tracking of actual CapEx postings bookings into ITS Cost Centers
Ongoing reviews and support this analysis of all capitalization reviews with Technical Accounting & Tax
Work with ITS Controlling, ITS PMO (owner), Technical Accounting as ITS automate the global tracking of hours under Service Now Tool
Support the ESPHORA Project Controlling
Monthly tracking and reconciliations of Financials in P92 and Comparison to Budget and Forecast
Budget and Forecast Updates
Monthly Reporting
