Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any Graduate), preference given to Communications, Journalism, Multimedia
  • Minimum 6 years working in similar fields
  • Good analytics and creative skills
  • Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem solving, etc.)
  • English speaking and writing with fluency (MUST)

Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact for internal communications and employee engagement activities, initiatives, and campaigns
  • Identify improvement areas in employee surveys and create action items for teams to act on
  • Plan and execute communication and engagement plans for events
  • Create creative content such as videos and graphics for online media
  • Analyse data within communication channels and identify improvement areas to better serve stakeholders
  • Manage employee engagement and experience, including running activities, campaigns, initiatives, surveys, focus groups, and creating reports and recommendations for the leadership team
