Administrative skills to provide daily support while working on broader tasks
Ability to effectively work in a high volume, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong organizational skills
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, initiative to proactively identify and resolve issues, and know when to seek clarification or assistance
Excellent writing and grammar skills (e.g., for generating and editing memos and emails)
Proficient in MS Office (SharePoint, Office Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Responsibilities

Proactively manage executive(s) calendar, understand prioritization of meetings and events, and manage and communicate changes effectively
Maintain a 'client first' mentality and contribute to an exemplary client experience through all interactions with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure the timely, accurate, and confidential execution of requests/tasks
Manage and maintain executives’ schedules (e.g., schedule meetings, and make travel and accommodation arrangements)
Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports as required
Prepare documents for internal and external communications using MS Office (e.g., memos, letters, invoices, financial statements, presentations, emails, reports, and other documents as required)
Build and maintain relationships with business partners across Fidelity as well as external clients and vendors as needed
Undertake/participate in ad hoc projects as directed by management
Coordinate logistics of large internal and external meetings and events (food, rooms, AV, hotel room blocks, etc.)
Attend team meetings and cover for team members when absent
