Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars for leadership, coordinate appointments, anticipate time requirements for meetings and events
  • Organize and schedule multifaceted activities, including travel arrangements and business-related events; research cost efficiencies and coordinate technology needs
  • Act as a liaison for visiting associates and guests
  • Construct electronic, verbal, and written communications for leadership; draft and send messages on behalf of supervisors; ensure resolution of requests and issues
  • Support action plans and align efforts to meet business needs
  • Collect financial and business data, manage documents, compile reports
  • Process invoices and expense reports; coordinate with law firms on retention and billing matters and make necessary adjustments
  • Support implementation of business solutions
  • Provide support and guidance to other assistants; share information; represent the leadership team
