Requirements

Experience as a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect
Technical expertise in security and compliance automation platforms
Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable solutions
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, logging, database architecture, and scripting
Experience with various integrations and third-party providers (e.g., HRIS, EDRs, CSPMs)
Ability to create technical architecture and solution diagrams
Experience working with security and compliance teams (CEOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT directors)
Experience with data migrations and customizations

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end technical implementation of enterprise customer logos
Serve as a trusted technical partner for customers' GRC, Security, and Engineering leaders
Develop and deliver best practices for integrations and APIs
Advocate for customer needs to the Product Management team
Build trust and empathy with customers
Diagnose and remediate gaps in customer infrastructure
Advise customers toward a continuous and self-sufficient compliance posture
Build trust with and empower internal-facing teams to support customers
Drive the retention and expansion of Enterprise customers
Increase customer understanding of Drata's technical functionality
Reduce the number and frequency of support cases and engineering escalations
Work with Product Managers to develop specialization in functional areas
Work hand-in-hand with Sales Engineers and Implementation Managers to scope and deploy Drata’s setup
Deliver implementation guidance and best practices to customers
Execute, test, and deploy customizations, configurations, and data migrations
Develop custom code
