Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting and architecture expertise on Observability Operational Models and Strategic Roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological capabilities
  • Design and lead implementation of blueprints for end-to-end observability infrastructures focused on Application Performance Management (APM), ITOM, and hybrid on-prem and cloud environments (including monitoring, logging, and tracing topologies)
  • Establish architectural roadmaps and iterative execution plans for the customer to implement, adopt, and operationalize improved architecture and observability recommendations that align with objectives and technical performance measures aligned with resiliency
  • Provide leadership, direction, and management to customer and Trace3 team members to facilitate alignment and execution of supporting tasks to deliver and realize the architectural vision and desired capabilities
  • Identify and prioritize requirements informed by key stakeholder inputs, objectives, and desired capabilities
  • Facilitate and navigate technical discussions and stakeholder engagements
