Requirements

Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in digital/search advertising with strong domain knowledge. Required skills include excellent client relationship management, interpersonal abilities, a team-oriented and customer-service focused attitude, consultative selling experience with proven revenue target management, and a good understanding of commerce media. Prior experience in customer success, sales, consulting services, or agency work is essential. French or German language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for prospecting, penetrating, and establishing new client relationships, managing the full sales cycle from account identification to closing. This role involves fostering account growth, driving platform adoption, educating users on new SaaS features, and providing high-quality technical support and service to ensure customer success. Responsibilities also include offering consulting services, conducting performance audits to drive incremental revenue, providing tactical support for strategic accounts, maintaining relationships with key agencies and brands, addressing technical issues, creating product reports, and retaining/growing revenue from existing advertisers through upsell opportunities. The account manager must also understand Pacvue's tool suite and value proposition to present demos effectively and stay knowledgeable about the e-commerce industry and competitive landscape.
