Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Storefront engineering team in the US
  • Own the upper-funnel customer experience - including homepage, discovery, collections, search and recommendation quality - across both web and mobile
  • Architect and scale systems that support rapid growth across categories, countries and new customer segments
  • Drive development of personalized and dynamic storefront experiences
  • Translate ambiguous product requirements into clear technical direction and execution plans
  • Partner closely with Data Science to integrate large-scale models, improve recommendation quality, and influence ML-driven personalization
  • Ensure the team effectively navigates both web and app development cycles
  • Foster strong engineering practices and a culture of quality, experimentation and continuous improvement
  • Lead experimentation and data-driven product development initiatives that help shape business strategy and drive measurable customer impact
