The Senior Engineering Manager will lead the delivery, efficiency, and people management for the Matching and Sourcing squads, overseeing 8-10 product engineers. Key responsibilities include leveraging LLM to build the best end-to-end sourcing experience, leading product delivery for two product squads, and optimizing team performance through effective organizational rituals and sound technological practices. The role involves developing and growing talent by recruiting, managing, and empowering a team of 4 to 10 senior developers, providing continuous coaching and feedback. Additionally, the manager will act as the primary point of contact for their teams, managing dependencies and resolving obstacles, and partnering closely with product managers, tech leads, and other engineering managers to co-construct and communicate the team's product strategy.
