Responsibilities

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of projects focused on enhancing developer productivity and happiness. You will promote a data-driven culture, build relationships across Engineering, and conduct regular DevEx surveys to gather feedback and inform strategy. You will manage, mentor, and recruit engineers, drive adoption of new tools and services, and work with developers to resolve their day-to-day issues. Additionally, you will establish and foster a team environment, define DevEx survey questions, and partner with other teams to achieve common goals.
