  • Develop and manage the team’s roadmap, prioritizing based on feedback and adoption metrics
  • Treat infrastructure as a product, focusing on service usage and satisfaction
  • Handle operational responsibilities, including coordinating incidents and managing on-call rotations
  • Prioritize and evolve the team’s roadmap iteratively
  • Take ownership of cost-efficiency and sustainability initiatives within infrastructure
  • Embrace iteration and experimentation, supporting the team in learning from successes and failures
  • Help the team, the platform, and the technical organization to grow and evolve
