Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 8 cloud infrastructure engineers
Collaborate with colleagues in the CloudOps Group (SRE and Engineering Productivity teams)
Develop and manage the team’s roadmap, prioritizing based on feedback and adoption metrics
Treat infrastructure as a product, focusing on service usage and satisfaction
Handle operational responsibilities, including coordinating incidents and managing on-call rotations
Prioritize and evolve the team’s roadmap iteratively
Take ownership of cost-efficiency and sustainability initiatives within infrastructure
Embrace iteration and experimentation, supporting the team in learning from successes and failures
Help the team, the platform, and the technical organization to grow and evolve
