Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent knowledge in software engineering principles and testing strategies, and a minimum of five years of experience in software testing within a software product development environment. Experience with test strategies, test automation using Java and scripting languages such as Selenium, Playwright, and Marathon is required. Familiarity with test management tools like qTest is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you will participate in product requirements development, architectural design of automated test systems, effort estimation, design, coding, and verification of automated test systems throughout the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams, monitor test results and report software defects, participate in functional and system requirements analysis, and contribute to the software quality process including reviews and documentation. You will also work on MES software products, use modern continuous integration and development tools, and promote continuous improvement of engineering tools and practices, while participating in an Agile framework and promoting Agile practices within the team.
