  • Total 5-9 years of experience in product development with large-scale software development projects
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a PO
  • Domain knowledge in Energy management systems/storage systems/Battery Management systems
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills and strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in any one of project management tools and software (e.g., DevOps, Jira etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Global Product Managers to define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with other global POs in the program team and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize and maintain the product feature backlog according to agreed rules, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, bug triage and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and alignment
  • Coordinate with the Global Product Managers, Release Manager and other stakeholders to plan and execute product releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features
  • Drive the involvement of users and domain experts from the beginning of the backlog creation to acceptance testing
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
  • Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
  • Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
