Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in employee relations, with at least 5 years in a partner role. Strong knowledge of employment law, investigations, and conflict resolution is essential, and experience with Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Employee Relations Partner will drive the implementation of Employee Relations strategies, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organization and within HR Partner teams. They will conduct and lead complex, high-risk investigations, prepare investigative summaries, and make recommendations on next steps and appropriate actions, as well as advising and influencing business leaders and HR Partner teams to resolve employee issues and claims effectively.
