2-year Electrical Technical Certification (e.g., electrical-based AAS degree or equivalent)
3+ years of related work experience
Be 18 years of age or older
Willing to rotate shifts and work any shift (including weekends, 8-12 hour shifts, overtime as needed)
Pass drug screening, physical, and several job-related skill tests
Familiarity with National Electric Code and Low Voltage Qualified (desired)
Experience with PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation calibrations, motor control systems, variable frequency drives, servo drives, power distribution (<600V), and control system networking (desired)
Good interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
Enable production throughput, reduce equipment downtime, eliminate defects, and build technical mastery
Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects to deliver best product at lowest cost with highest quality in a safe environment
Maintain and troubleshoot high-speed packing, making, and facilities power & controls equipment
Use electrical test equipment to diagnose electrical problems
Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations on equipment
Troubleshoot, monitor, and program PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems
Troubleshoot and monitor variable frequency drives, servo control systems, and robotics
Troubleshoot and repair machine and process control equipment
