The position is located at the Greensboro, NC – Swing Road Plant.
This is an on-site role at the Greensboro plant, with no remote work option mentioned. Technicians must work shifts including weekends and rotate schedules at the facility.
Candidates need an electrical-based AAS degree or equivalent experience, electrical technical mastery for troubleshooting, and skills in PLC, SCADA, HMI systems, variable frequency drives, servo controls, and instrumentation calibrations. Good interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills are also sought, along with familiarity with the National Electric Code and Low Voltage qualification.
The plant operates 7 days a week with rotating shifts of 8-12 hours per day, including weekends, which may be overtime or part of the normal schedule. Applicants must be willing to rotate shifts and work any shift, with possible changes based on business needs.
Strong candidates have an electrical AAS degree or equivalent experience, technical mastery in troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, drives, and controls, plus interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills. They must be willing to rotate shifts, pass drug screening, physical, and skill tests.
