Requirements

  • Based in Moscow (or ready to move to Moscow with company support)
  • Higher education diploma
  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level)
  • At least 3 years of up-to-date hands-on-keyboard bidding experience (mix of onsite tools) at Wildberries or Ozon, with deep understanding of e-retailer algorithms, tools, and optimization techniques
  • Strong familiarity with key sales drivers and peculiarities at Wildberries or Ozon
  • Advanced data analytics skills to determine campaign effectiveness in real time and facilitate data-informed decision-making
  • At least 1 year of hands-on-keyboard experience in external traffic campaigns management/optimization (Yandex network; TG/VK; experience of buying media packages from e-retailers)
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines and goals are met
  • Strong communication skills to become an integral part of the existing multifunctional team
  • Agility and ability to learn fast in a challenging environment, and act in unforeseen circumstances
  • Strong leadership and passion towards further development in the ecom channel
  • Proven leadership skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and high discipline
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Create traffic strategies for 3 P&G categories aimed at stepping up the ROI of multimillion investments at this retailer
  • Analyze, plan, and manually execute numerous traffic campaigns holistically across different tools at the retailer
  • Develop and implement advanced data analytics to evaluate campaign performance in real-time, enabling data-driven decisions that optimize investments and accelerate business growth
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional P&G teams and cultivate strong relationships with Wildberries' multifunctional teams to ensure a sustainable, mutually beneficial partnership
  • Development and end-to-end execution of e-commerce traffic strategy leveraging existing experience and P&G best practices
