  • Proficiency in leading cross-functional planning, execution of major programs, platform upgrades
  • Expertise in establishing KPIs, performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, accessibility standards
  • Strong project delivery accountability for timely, business-aligned outcomes
  • Ability to act as strategic partner to Marketing, Product, Retail, eCommerce teams
  • Experience championing enterprise-wide initiatives across IT, digital, business functions

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute technology roadmap for Brooks’ global commerce platforms (DTC, B2B, retail)
  • Define technology strategy and roadmap for unified commerce across selling channels, focusing on scalable Brooks-owned store tech
  • Lead teams supporting digital commerce solutions to enhance customer experience and drive revenue (ecommerce, in-store POS)
  • Partner with Marketing and Footwear/Apparel teams for integrated tech supporting campaigns, personalization, product lifecycle
  • Oversee development/support of PIM, DAM, product lifecycle management systems
  • Ensure scalability, performance, security across commerce/product platforms
  • Drive innovation in commerce tech, evaluating emerging tools/trends for competitive advantage
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align tech initiatives with business priorities/growth
  • Lead cross-functional planning/execution of major tech programs/platform upgrades
  • Establish KPIs/performance metrics for commerce/product tech impact
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, accessibility standards
  • Accountable for successful delivery of projects in portfolio, ensuring timely alignment with objectives
  • Act as strategic partner to Marketing, Product, Retail, eCommerce teams
  • Champion/sponsor enterprise-wide initiatives requiring IT/digital/business alignment
  • Represent Brooks at industry events/forums to stay current on commerce/product innovations
