Requirements

Expertise in architecting AI-driven supply chain planning systems, including agentic AI, predictive modeling, and intelligent automation
Experience leading the design and deployment of next-generation planning architectures integrating data pipelines, ML models, and autonomous agents
Ability to partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, IT, and business leaders to build unified digital ecosystems
Proficiency in developing intelligent agents for dynamic demand forecasting, scenario simulation, supply allocation, inventory balancing, risk detection, mitigation, and end-to-end visibility
Knowledge of integrating AI services into planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, custom platforms) using APIs, microservices, and MLOps
Experience building scalable AI pipelines for continuous learning, model retraining, and feedback loops
Leadership in data science, AI research, governance, explainability, and ethical AI frameworks
Skills in leading global teams of architects, developers, data scientists, and AI engineers
Capability to oversee data model design, data engineering, and real-time analytics dashboards
Experience championing modular, scalable architectures for AI experimentation, simulation, and deployment
Ability to collaborate with IT on robust infrastructure (data lakes, APIs, compute resources) for AI workloads
Proficiency in defining measurable business outcomes (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory reduction, risk exposure)
Experience partnering with external AI vendors, cloud providers, and EDA/manufacturing software teams
Strong presentation skills to senior management, quantifying AI business impact

Responsibilities

Define and execute a global roadmap for AI-driven supply chain planning systems, incorporating agentic AI, predictive modeling, and intelligent automation
Lead the design and deployment of next-generation planning architectures integrating data pipelines, ML models, and autonomous agents into core systems
Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, and IT to establish a unified digital ecosystem connecting demand, supply, and production networks
Drive business transformation through AI-first planning capabilities for proactive, scenario-based, and autonomous decision-making
Architect and lead implementation of agentic AI frameworks for monitoring signals (supply, demand, logistics, risk) and taking corrective actions or recommendations
Develop intelligent agents for dynamic demand forecasting, scenario simulation, supply allocation, inventory balancing, risk detection, automated mitigation, and end-to-end visibility interacting with ERP, MES, and manufacturing systems
Build scalable AI pipelines for continuous learning, model retraining, and feedback loops across planning and manufacturing data
Oversee integration of AI services into existing planning tools using APIs, microservices, and MLOps practices
Partner with data science and AI research teams to translate advanced models into production-ready autonomous systems
Drive governance, explainability, and ethical AI frameworks for decision transparency and compliance
Lead a global team of architects, developers, data scientists, and AI engineers focused on supply chain planning and AI systems
Oversee data model design, data engineering, and development of real-time analytics dashboards for proactive decision-support
Champion modular and scalable architecture for rapid experimentation, simulation, and deployment of AI planning agents
Collaborate with IT to ensure robust infrastructure supporting AI workloads and decision automation at scale
Collaborate with business process owners to define measurable business outcomes through AI-enabled planning
Partner with external AI vendors, cloud service providers, and EDA/manufacturing software teams to enhance interoperability and leverage new AI capabilities
Present progress and insights to senior management, quantifying business impact from AI adoption
