Responsibilities
The Senior Director, Software Engineering will lead the Private Investment Management Data and technology capabilities strategy, providing hands-on technical leadership for the implementation of new platforms and customizations. They will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Private Deal/Investment management and asset servicing platforms, collaborating with business stakeholders and technology partners to drive business solutions. Additionally, this role will focus on talent strategy, development, and coaching within the team, while also demonstrating ownership, urgency, and a strong sense of drive to achieve business objectives and represent Northwestern Mutual’s technology organization.
