Requirements

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide Program Management (PM) Systems and Infrastructure ecosystems
  • Expertise in key platforms: ePlan (Planisware), Microsoft Project/Planner, and Global Program Team (GPT) collaborative workspaces (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneNote)
  • Ability to ensure system interoperability, data quality, data governance, and readiness for business processes (e.g., month-end close, financial reviews, portfolio processes)
  • Strategic vision for AI integration, automation, analytics, and innovation in PM aligned with PPM Strategic Vision
  • Partnership experience with R&D, PPM, and BI&T leadership
  • Capability to establish and lead high-performing teams driving cross-functional integration

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and sustain an enterprise-wide PM Systems and Infrastructure ecosystem for operational efficiency, strategic visibility, and data-driven decision-making
  • Lead the vision and execution of the Enterprise Program Management (EPM) environment, supporting program managers and PM Leadership with integrated, scalable tools and processes
  • Oversee ePlan (Planisware) as system owner: simplify/maintain environment, enable scheduling, timeline/critical path visibility, scenario planning, and resource forecasting; partner with R&D functions for data sharing
  • Oversee Microsoft Project/Planner for bottom-up planning of near-term deliverables and GPT collaborative workspaces as secure repositories enhancing transparency
  • Establish and lead the PM Systems & Infrastructures function, setting strategic vision for unified EPM ecosystem
  • Define and drive multi-year roadmap for enterprise planning systems, aligned with PPM strategy, R&D objectives, and business needs
  • Champion innovation via AI, automation, and analytics for proactive portfolio management
  • Set standards for enterprise data integrity and design future-forward digital solutions supporting scientific, operational, and business objectives
