Seasoned and strategic compliance leader experience

Responsibilities

Lead the Product Compliance team, aligning compliance advisory efforts with Flex’s business goals and product roadmap
Provide strategic direction and day-to-day oversight for compliance advisory functions, including new product advisory, ad hoc advisory, issue advisory & remediation support, policy development & refresh, training content SME, product risk assessment support, regulatory & partner change management, partner management & response, and marketing reviews
Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with product, legal, engineering, and risk teams to deliver responsible innovation at scale
Represent Compliance in external conversations with partners and regulators, balancing product opportunity with regulatory clarity
