Requirements

Expertise in data science, storytelling, and strategy to turn data into influence, analytics into foresight, and insights into business outcomes
Experience evolving People Analytics from reporting to advanced modeling, workforce intelligence, and AI-powered insights
Proficiency in advanced predictive and propensity models, AI/ML techniques for workforce planning, performance, and employee experience
Skills in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Workday Prism for executive dashboards and visualizations
Knowledge of data governance, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), unified metrics, and establishing a single source of truth
Ability to lead and mentor a global team of data scientists, analysts, and people scientists
Strong strategic leadership to partner with CHRO, CEO, and executives

Responsibilities

Define and execute the People Data Science & Insights strategy to establish data-driven HR decision-making
Partner with CHRO, CEO, and executive team to translate workforce data into strategic insights shaping performance, talent density, and culture
Build a scalable operating model connecting data science, people analytics, and business outcomes globally
Design and deploy advanced predictive and propensity models for attrition, engagement, productivity, and workforce risk
Apply AI/ML and data science to optimize workforce planning, performance, and employee experience
Partner with HR, Finance, and IT for strategic, automated, integrated analytics initiatives
Transform complex analytics into compelling data narratives driving executive decisions
Build executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and Workday Prism
Champion data storytelling culture within HR to connect insights to outcomes
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of employee data across global systems (GDPR, CCPA)
Drive shared definitions, unified metrics, and transparent governance for a single source of truth
Strengthen data literacy across HR personas (HRBPs to Operations) for "insight to action."
Lead and mentor a high-performing global team of data scientists, analysts, and people scientists
Foster collaboration, innovation, growth mindset, experimentation, and continuous learning
Partner cross-functionally with HR and other teams
