Requirements

Deep expertise in collecting, integrating, and analyzing diverse data inputs to uncover player opportunities and guide product designs
Ability to leverage expertise as the data expert for player and business data across AAA portfolio
Experience leading a globally distributed team of data scientists and analysts (U.S. and Dublin, Ireland)
Skills in predictive modeling, experimentation, player segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and in-market analytics
Ability to partner closely with Product, Studio, Marketing, and Commercial leaders
Knowledge to build systems for player behavior, economy, and engagement insights
Capability to operationalize experimentation platforms and machine learning use cases
Experience shaping scalable infrastructure and telemetry in collaboration with Studio and Central Data teams

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a globally distributed team of data scientists and analysts
Shape and scale the analytics strategy driving product, marketing, and commercial decision-making across core franchises
Unlock insights from complex, large-scale player and business data to define target audiences, inform game design, live service strategy, engagement, retention, and monetization
Guide full lifecycle of player and commercial performance analytics
Lead Core’s Data Strategy: Champion and scale analytics vision for data-driven decisions in game development, live services, marketing, and commercial functions
Provide analytics oversight: Be the data expert, influence strategy through insights, collaborate with partners to synthesize objectives, identify data sources/toolsets, and deliver actionable analysis
Drive behavioral insights synthesis & telemetry optimization: Surface player behavior, economy, and engagement insights for design, monetization, and retention
Operationalize experimentation & machine learning: Implement platforms and use cases for personalization, feature optimization, and content performance
Shape scalable infrastructure & telemetry: Partner with Studio and Central Data teams
Lead all aspects of analytical operations for Core, including recurring analysis, ad-hoc insights, and experimentation functions
