Requirements

Lead a team of 3-5 full-time employees and part-time interns as the leader of the Higher Education Partnership (HEP)
Ensure programmatic success at the HEP, with students completing the Accelerator securing a strong first job or graduate school enrollment within 6 months of graduation
Maintain a positive and strong presence at the HEP and in New Jersey
Work collaboratively with central and regional teams, including volunteer recruitment and course delivery teams
Report directly to the Executive Director of New Jersey
Deeply understand Braven’s program, outcomes, and indicators of success through collaboration, shadowing, and becoming a Leadership Coach

Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure strong local program implementation at the HEP (pre-course, course, post-course), including regionally owned elements like local programming, learning lab implementation, and data collection for job campaigns (40%)
Assess data continuously to ensure students are on track to graduate and secure strong jobs; partner with Product team for supports and interventions
Participate in organization-wide efforts to drive program model strategy, recommending changes for impact
Observe, provide feedback, and collaborate in weekly Braven Accelerator courses, career events, student recruitment events, and key moments
Develop and steward strong partnerships with HEP leadership, faculty, employers, and community-based organizations for resources and program improvements (40%)
Cultivate and manage relationships with key HEP stakeholders to foster collaboration and integrate Braven into the career ecosystem
Lead and co-lead meetings with HEP stakeholders
