Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the vision for Marketplace and Lead Solutions, aligning with the vertical’s mission to lead, innovate, and deliver
  • Direct a portfolio of solutions including Lead Optimizer, Instant Rate, and Auto Data Prefill, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals
  • Cultivate relationships with insurance carriers, third-party lead generators and aggregators, large independent agencies, and activation partners to expand solution adoption
  • Integrate capabilities in lead evaluation and quote efficiency to deliver seamless, intelligent consumer experiences
  • Use analytics to optimize lead quality, improve quote efficiency, and enhance conversion
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement through cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and persuasion
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor strategies to inform product and go-to-market decisions
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to expand the solution portfolio and drive growth
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling messaging and thought leadership content that positions the company as a market leader
  • Track and manage financial KPIs to ensure profitability and ROI across the solution portfolio
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans that support product launches and market expansion
