Responsibilities

Define and drive the vision for Marketplace and Lead Solutions, aligning with the vertical’s mission to lead, innovate, and deliver
Direct a portfolio of solutions including Lead Optimizer, Instant Rate, and Auto Data Prefill, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals
Cultivate relationships with insurance carriers, third-party lead generators and aggregators, large independent agencies, and activation partners to expand solution adoption
Integrate capabilities in lead evaluation and quote efficiency to deliver seamless, intelligent consumer experiences
Use analytics to optimize lead quality, improve quote efficiency, and enhance conversion
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement through cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and persuasion
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor strategies to inform product and go-to-market decisions
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to expand the solution portfolio and drive growth
Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling messaging and thought leadership content that positions the company as a market leader
