Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 12 years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, strategy, or a related field, with over 8 years of direct team management experience. Prior experience in B2B marketing, particularly within AdTech, SaaS, marketing services, marketing analytics, or marketing technology is required. The role also necessitates experience working with technical or complex products as a trusted partner to product and sales teams, experience scoping and implementing AI within marketing processes, and proven ability to navigate and drive success against goals. Responsibilities

Responsibilities also include defining product positioning and packaging, creating cross-channel marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue, collaborating with teams to execute marketing programs, integrating customer and competitive insights into business cases, and guiding clear, jargon-free messaging for complex topics. Mentoring the team, overseeing resource allocation, and setting departmental priorities are also crucial duties.
