Requirements

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience supporting editorial or content production teams in a fast-paced digital media or performance marketing environment. They should possess demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail, be comfortable working remotely with strong communication and time management skills, and have a high level of comfort learning new systems. Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Docs/Sheets, basic content formatting including light HTML, and basic SEO practices is required, as is an open mind towards AI in workflows. Experience in an assistant or production role supporting editorial or digital content teams is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Editorial Assistant, SEO will support the FinanceBuzz team in producing high-quality content that performs well in search results and revenue. This includes assisting with the daily publishing process by formatting posts, adding visuals and HTML tables, and publishing content. Responsibilities also involve updating published content for accuracy, monetization, and SEO, updating data in internal tools, ensuring compliance requirements are met, assisting with documentation, fact-checking, and copyediting. The role requires working closely with the Editorial Team to improve skills and grow the FinanceBuzz brand.
